Assuring data quality
The Data Quality tab in the Data Load section of System Management allows you to run the Data Quality Analysis (DQA) function.
NOTE: For information on the Relationship Quality Analyzer (RQA), which checks the quality of Customer Information File (CIF) import data, see Analyzing quality of relationship import data.
DQA settings are established by default, but you can edit them from the System Settings > DQA Settings tab. For more information, see Configuring system and DQA settings.

When you run this function, the system checks whether your instrument data complies with those settings.
NOTE: DQA executes automatically for the current effective period. You do not need to run a new DQA process unless you want to run it for a different period.
IMPORTANT: The date you select for running DQA will be your processing date. This is the only place in the system where you can set the processing date. To recalculate a month, re-run DQA. If you recalculate a past month, re-run DQA for each month from that month to the present month in order to accurately update totals in the system.
